Since there are no more pay phones I guess everyone needs a cell phone now. They have cell phones rates as low as $35 a month. If you can't afford that they will give you one for free with free minutes. Wow! That really is something. That's just how bad they want you to be safe with a GPS enabled tracking device. Even if its a cheap phone they can still triangulate your location between cell towers. You may as well strap a low-jack to my ankle and say its the new iPhone sock.
